Did you know?

  • It’s illegal to have staff working for you if you don’t have a written employment agreement.
  • Employees are covered by employment law, even if you don’t have an employment agreement in place.
  • Your trial period is void if your employee starts before their agreement is signed.
  • One of the biggest issues for employers is determining who is a casual employee and who is a permanent employee.

Online DIY agreements – not the best option
